We hope that you love the items you have purchased, however if you need to return a product then please get in touch within 14 days of item arrival.

Damaged Items

Please report all breakages/damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-personalised Items

We will only be able to issue refunds for items returned that are:


In their original packaging

and in a resalable condition.

Please note we will only cover the cost of return postage in certain circumstances.

Personalised Items / Custom Orders.

We do not accept returns and can not refund any of our personalised candles or custom made products due to their bespoke nature. However, if there is an issue with your order, please do get in touch!
