Our most frequently asked questions!

• When will my order arrive?
  Items are dispatched within 2-4 working days and they are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class which can take up for 10 working days to arrive after dispatch!
  
  
• Can I return my order?
  We accept returns on wreathes and some candles but we unfortunately can not accept returns on personalised items or custom made items. Please see our return policy for more details. 
  
  
• How long will my candle last for?
  All of our candles are different sizes, measurements and different wicks so the candles duration can vary. The scent of the candle will hold for 6 months without burning it, after this period the scent may start to depreciate. See our Candle Care page for tips on how to care for your candle and get the most out of its life!
